Can you start the tour to Komodo from Bali or Jakarta?

Tour to komodo island mostly start from labuan bajo as the main city of Komodo airport, however you are able to do it from Bali or Jakarta though. You will take morning flight from Denpasar/Jakarta to Komodo Airport to descover new experiences of your life. The itinerary of the tour is as follows:

Day 1. Labuan Bajo-Kelor Island-Rinca Island-Kalong Island

Upon your arrival in Labuan Bajo, you will meet our tour guide who will accompany you on your Komodo Adventure trip. During your drive to the jetty, you will stop for a while to enjoy the beautiful view of Labuan Bajo Bay. After boarding your private wooden boat, we will sail to a small and beautiful island called ‘Kelor Island’. Flores Island, Rinca Island and some other small islands can be seen from the top of this island. Hiking to the top of Kelor island is one of the activities that can easily be done during your stay. Our lunches are freshly cooked on the boat and first will be served on our first stop on this island. After lunch, you can relax for a while or do some swimming and snorkeling in the most crystal water you have ever seen. In the afternoon we are heading to Rinca Island to see the endangered animals ‘Komodo dragons. Timor deer as the main prey of Komodo dragon, monkeys, wild water buffaloes, snakes, and other animals can also be seen here. It could be your best chance to observe the ‘giant lizard’ in its own habitat. We finish our day at the island of flying foxes. Our boat will anchor here for our overnight on board.

Day 2. Padar Island-Komodo Island-Pink Beach-Punya Island

We will sail to Padar Island early in the morning. Breakfast will be served upon arriving at Padar Island. Sailing between some small island will keep eyes open. Upon arrival in Padar, we will start our short trek, about 30 minutes, to see the spectacular view. White sandy beaches in three different bays make the view even more spectacular. Then, heading to Komodo Island to meet the largest lizard in the world. This island is home of Komodo dragon. Not only Komodo dragon but some other animals can also be seen here. You can come across deer (Timor deer), wild boar and observe 128 species of birds. We then proceed to the pink beach to see the reef under the crystal water.

Day 3. Taka Makassar-Manta Point-Mauan Island-Siaba island

Breakfast will be served on board while sailing to Manta Point, we will stop in Taka Makassar. White sandbanks and clear crystal water are another attractive feature of this place. We can swim and snorkeling to see the coral reef underwater. Then, sailing to Manta Point follows and swimming and snorkeling with the huge manta rays. We will continue sailing to Mauan island to enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches and spectacular reef under crystal blue water. Afterward, we will head to Siaba island, another perfect stop for swimming and snorkeling.

Day 04. Gili Lawa Island-Kanawa Island-Labuan Bajo

Early in the morning, we will be trekking up to Gili Lawa Island. The beautiful view and sunrise can be enjoyed from the peak of this island. If time permits, we will swim and snorkel after having breakfast. The beautiful garden coral reef in the corner of the island can be seen during our snorkeling. Then we will sail to Kanawa Island, another small and beautiful island. White sandy beaches and blue crystal water is unique on this island. Not only that but also spectacular colorful coral reef and various kinds of fishes can be seen around this island. After swimming or snorkeling, you will go back to Labuan Bajo. We will transfer you to the hotel or airport. This is where our tour finishes and you left with unforgettable memories.
