FAQ

You need to take an airplane to Labuan Bajo before boating to Komodo island. It only takes 1 hour by flight from Bali. You can check your flights ticket before leaving.
You will spend most of your time on the boat and in the ocean and the weather is usually sunny, you will always stay in bathing suits, please bring even some of them. Please also pack some flip-flops and trainers for hiking.  Sometime the weather in the evening is a little bit cool so please use rash-vests as the good solution to reduce using sunblock. If it’s possible just use Collapsible bags only.
All the sailing boat have done safety inspections before going on board, so we’d love having children on the boat.
Food is the most important thing to consider on the boat, all the food that we bring on to the boat are from local market and they are all fresh.  The cook can prepare Asian and Western foods.
Please let us know before going on board of all dietary requests so we can arrange. Please also notice us about vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and non-dairy diets can be catered too.
There are always 220V AC power sockets in the cabins. The type of sockets are two round pins so please remember to bring travel adapters if needed.
As the standard operational procedures, the boat should have one a little speed boat, life jackets, life rings, VHF Radio, visual and audio signalling devices (flares, horns), GPS, Fire extinguishers, and first aid kit.
During your trip to the island, you will have restricted place to have connections not all the place you can find the connections. There is no wi-fi on the boat.
We really recommend that you travel with your insurance as you would for any other holiday.
Most of our time will be spent within marine reserves and protected areas where fishing is prohibited. Outside these areas fishing is allowed but we advise caution as to not break local rules.
Tipping in Indonesia is entirely a matter of choice.  If your stay exceeded your expectations, you may wish to leave a tip for them.
