Padar island-Pink beach-Komodo Island-Taka makassar-Manta point

The tour will take one day, this is organized to cover your short time of stay in labuan bajo and on the boat will be 30 up to 40 max of people. Pick up time 05.30 from your hotel, we will send you the driver to take you to catch our fast boat. Your guide will explain about the itinerary, safety equipment and all about the rules during the trip.

Padar island

This is the first destination of our tour. Padar is one of the third bigest island of Komodo National Park. It is located south part of Komodo island and it will take you more than one hour sailing with fast boat. This island is the uniq one, for those who love photographic, this is might the best place to make spectacular photoes. You will enjoy a surreal panorama from the peak of the island. The island shows you three uniqa bays, and curiously, each one of the bays’ beaches has different coloured sand; one is charcoal black, another is pearly white, and a very rare pink. It makes this island very uniq that you cannot find some where else. You will hike to the top of the island through more than eight hundreds steps, you are recomended to bring the proper shoes, hat and put the sun block before gohiking.

Pink beach

After hiking and getting heat in Padar island, we will relax at pink beach which has pink along its coastline. The colour is caused by the mixture of white calcium carbonate and the bright red skeletons of dead organ pipe corals which grow under waters. Pink beach also has various kind of amazing marine life and coral reefs. The sand is really soft and good to walk along the beach then feel the massaging of the sand. This is right place to do sun bathing and sand bathing as well.

Komodo Island

We will head to Komodo island. This is the bigest island of the park, it is located in East Nusa Tenggara Province or east part of Sumbawa island which is sparated by Sape strait, this is the main gate of Komodo National Park. This is the best place to spot the Komodo Dragon as the top predator in this island. Besides the dragon you could see some other wild animals; buffalows, wild pigs, timor deer, variaties of birds and snakes as well. Your guide will recomend you to choose the type of trekking in the island. Lunch will be served on this island.

Taka Makassar

After having lunch in komod island, you will head to Taka Makassar. Taka Makassar is a tiny island smaller than a football field. It has a spectacular shape of a drop, with white sand mixed with pink sand. It only comes up during the time when the seawater is receding. Meanwhile, when the sea level rises, it will almost submerge underwater. You will stop for a while to spoil your feet with the gentle of the sand by walking on it.

Manta Point

After that You will head to manta point. It offers you differnt snorkeling experiences along the current while spoting the huges Manta Rey if you are lucky. Beautiful coral as always that you can counter during snorkeling in Komodo National Park. The various marine lifes you can see; Turtles, sharks, eagle rays, giant trevallies, huge clams, various kind of sponges, and cuttlefish. Attention! thi is the open water, please always go with your guide instructions.
